🚀 The Role:

We're searching for an Expert Backstack Solution Engineer to join our Lending & Smart Contracts team, a crucial part of our digital banking transformation. You'll be instrumental in developing and deploying technical and functional specifications, ensuring compliance with quality and operational standards. This role initially focuses on Smart Contract development within the Lending area; familiarity with banking products (Loans, RPA) is a significant advantage.

🎯 Your Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver backend services and components based on provided designs.
• Ensure code meets internal quality and operability standards.
• Document work using internal tools (JIRA, Confluence, ALM).
• Collaborate throughout the development lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy, and support.
• Analyze issues with QA and Business Analysts, contributing to solutions.
• Review user stories, identifying technical dependencies and mitigating defects.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless delivery and integration.

💪 What We're Looking For:

Mandatory Requirements:

• Strong experience developing in TypeScript (JavaScript experience considered).
• Solid backend application development background.
• Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs.
• Knowledge of financial products, especially Loans and RPA.
• Experience with Java (Spring Boot, version 17).
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures.
• Good English communication skills (Spanish a plus).
• Team player with a proactive and open mindset.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud services (Openshift, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, UrbanCode).
• Database query development experience (Oracle).
