Talan, a global consulting and technology firm, seeks a multifaceted Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. This hybrid role in Málaga, Spain, offers a blend of remote and on-site work, focusing on software development projects.

🚀 Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between business and tech teams, translating business processes into technical language and vice versa.
• Comprehend business objectives, financial analysis, risk evaluation models, and banking regulations.
• Identify opportunities for process enhancement and innovation.
• Gather and prioritize business requirements using JIRA and Confluence.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories.
• Support the development team in Agile ceremonies (planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
• Provide feedback to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Analyze data to pinpoint trends, anomalies, and optimization areas.
• Differentiate between incidents and new demands, contributing to demand management.
• Design and execute test plans for isolated and integrated use cases.
• Certify software through manual and/or automated testing.
• Document testing outcomes and suggest automation where applicable.

💪 Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Hands-on knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Understanding of business risk valuation methodologies.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum B2 level).

➕ Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting (Selenium, Python).
• Familiarity with integrated test planning and execution.
