The Role: 🧑💼
Lead and mentor a team of seven Implementation Managers within one of two D365 Implementation groups focused on Northern and Central Europe. This role involves enhancing implementation methodologies, driving the team toward targets, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Some European travel is required.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team of seven Implementation Managers and their respective teams.
- Identify areas for improvement in current working methods and implement changes.
- Guide the team to achieve established goals.
- Collaborate effectively with Business Units, regional management, and central support teams.
- Actively participate in the department management team and the D365 Program.
Requirements:
- Minimum three years of experience in line management leadership.
- Strong understanding of project methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
