πŸš€ The Role: Forecasting & Reporting Manager

This pivotal role is at the heart of Unit4's cloud migration journey. Over the next 18 months, we're transitioning all our customers to the cloud, and you'll be instrumental in its success. As our Forecasting & Reporting Manager, you'll use your analytics, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making skills to ensure a seamless migration.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain standardized reporting templates and KPIs to measure migration success.
  • Track cloud migration progress against defined KPIs for pipeline and in-delivery projects.
  • Identify trends and potential roadblocks to report to the Proactive Interventions Manager.
  • Take ownership of resolving data quality issues across the business.
  • Consolidate regular reports for the Cloud Forecasting & Reporting Lead, providing high-level migration updates.
  • Collaborate with other CMOO roles to ensure data accuracy.
  • Act as the data product owner for all cloud migration initiatives.

🀝 Key Interfaces & Working Relationships:

  • Close collaboration with the Cloud Resource Management Manager to align resource forecasts with project needs.
  • Regular interaction with the Cloud Migrations Operations Director to provide insights influencing strategic decisions.
  • Collaboration with project teams for accurate data collection and reporting.
  • Use data-driven approaches to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Work closely with project managers to track migration progress and identify potential risks.

  • Data modeling expertise: Build and manipulate data models for advanced forecasting and strategic planning.
  • Understanding of cloud migration methodologies.
