Join CoGrader, a rapidly growing AI EdTech startup backed by UC Berkeley and Maze Impact, as our Founding member of Sales & Customer Success. You'll work directly with the CEO to drive our 30% month-over-month growth, manage our sales pipeline, and help transform how teachers grade - saving them thousands of hours while improving student outcomes.

What You'll Do
Own the Sales Process (40%)
- Drive our sales pipeline from lead to close
- Build and optimize our sales playbook for bottom-up approaches
- Build strategies to turn teacher champions into school-wide adoptions
- Schedule and lead product demos with teachers and school administrators
- Test and iterate on different sales motions
- Design and execute experiments to optimize conversion rates
- Create marketing & sales assets
- Hit quarterly revenue targets
Build Customer Success (30%)
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Drive renewals and expand within existing accounts
- Build referral programs to leverage happy customers
- Deliver successful customer onboarding, leading to teacher/user retention
- Drive product adoption and engagement across schools
- Ensure high customer and user satisfaction (NPS)
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to inform product development
Shape Operations (30%)
- Work directly with the CEO on strategic initiatives
- Build and document core business processes
- Manage our CRM and sales tools
- Analyze data to drive business decisions
- Support partnership development
