πͺ What We're Looking For:
- Native or proficient level French (C2) β mandatory
- Advanced English (C1) β verbal and written β mandatory
- Excellent communication skills, including phone conversations, active listening, and writing.
- Computer literacy.
- Motivated and enthusiastic personality.
- Commercial acumen.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills.
- Patience, empathy, and stress management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly.
- Technical aptitude and quick learning of new technologies.
- Ability to follow guidelines and instructions.
- Calmness and clear thinking in critical situations.
- Confidence in communicating information and handling difficult calls.
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit β mandatory
- Willingness to relocate to Lisbon (onsite position).
