Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python (required) and/or .NET.
• Build responsive, intuitive front-end applications using React or Angular, using modern design libraries and building design systems.
• Architect and implement AI-powered solutions, including advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate appropriate tools and frameworks to meet business needs.
• Use advanced AI-assisted coding tools (like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Amazon CodeWhisperer) to make productivity better, improve code quality, and allow for fast prototyping.
• Work with cross-functional teams (product, design, data science, client teams) to deliver complete solutions.
• Make sure solutions are scalable, easy to maintain, and secure, following recommended approaches in software engineering.
• Stay current with new technologies in AI, full stack development, and AI-assisted development tools.
• Show independence, new ideas, and a proactive way of solving problems in all parts of the work.
• Help create a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong backend development experience with Python (required).
• .NET experience is a plus.
• Solid front-end development skills with React or Angular and mainstream design libraries.
• Practical experience putting in place GenAI solutions (like OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
• Deep understanding of advanced RAG concepts and practical experience with RAG pipelines and vector dbs.
• Experience with cloud platforms (like Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Ability to independently research, evaluate, and put in place new tools and methods.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar, and ability to easily fit these tools into daily development work.
• Familiarity with RESTful API design, ORM tools, and scalable application architecture.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.
• Innovative mindset with a proactive approach to solving problems.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices.
• Prior experience working in agile development environments.
• Exposure to data privacy, security recommended approaches, and compliance requirements.
