As Head of Sales, you will lead Rovo’s business unit commercial growth. In this high-impact role, you’ll own our sales strategy, drive new client acquisition, and shape how we scale our business in the coming years. You’ll act as both a hands-on sales lead and a strategic builder — developing our go-to-market approach while cultivating strong, long-term client relationships.

We’re looking for someone with deep experience in fashion or textiles—ideally close to production decision-making—who understands how brands build collections, select partners, and scale supply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a spokesperson for Rovo —representing the business at industry events, in panels, client-facing materials, and external media
  • Identify and engage prospective partners through proactive outreach, networking, events, and referrals
  • Develop a focused go-to-market strategy to grow Rovo presence and awareness in key markets
  • Build the Sales playbook - Buyer Personas, ICPs, Sales Process & Frameworks, Messaging, Product and Competitive Knowledge, etc.
  • Lead Generation: Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle—from first outreach to final contract—tailoring pitches and sales process to each prospect’s needs
  • Be the spearhead of our Sales function, but over time build the team that will allow us to scale
  • Track sales performance, report on pipeline activity, and provide regular updates to the SVP of Revenue & Operations

Preferred Qualifications

Must-have

  • 5–15 years of experience in B2B sales and business development, in fashion or textiles - ideally close to sourcing and production decision making
  • Proven ability to independently generate, manage, and close sales opportunities
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with excellent presentation and relationship-building abilities
  • Self-starter with a proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment
  • Great understanding of how brands source, sample and produce apparel and make buying decisions

Nice-to-have

  • Existing network of contacts with fashion brands
  • Familiarity with textile manufacturing, sustainability standards, and production processes
  • Knowledge of global fashion markets, seasonal buying cycles, trend forecasting and global sourcing trends
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and reporting tools to track pipeline and performance
