Position Overview
We are seeking a data-savvy HR professional to lead our HR Analytics function. This strategic role will empower HR and business leaders with actionable insights that shape workforce planning, talent strategies, and organizational effectiveness.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to senior HR and business leaders using data-driven insights.
- Design and maintain dashboards for headcount, attrition, talent acquisition, compensation, and engagement.
- Build predictive models (e.g., attrition forecasting) leveraging AI/ML concepts.
- Ensure HR data governance and compliance with privacy standards.
- Deliver advanced HR reporting using Advanced Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Conduct data audits and troubleshoot system issues.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR Analytics within IT or Product-based organizations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Workday HCM reporting and dashboards.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong consulting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Familiarity with Python/R for analytics and predictive modeling.
