About the Position

What does this position involve?
As an Influencers & Partnerships Manager, you are responsible for defining, implementing, and optimizing the public relations, partnerships, and influencer strategy, with the goal of increasing the visibility and reputation of our brand, engaging our community, and increasing the number of people interested in our programs. In addition to this, we also expect you to contribute your ideas and learnings to continuously innovate and improve the marketing department. During your experience, you will have the support of the Head of Marketing and the support of a Team, who in regular check-ins will help you overcome your challenges and improve your results.

What goals will you have?

In 2025

  • Set up the strategy from scratch for influencer marketing and strategic partnerships
  • Bring 2,000 leads per month to the Life MBA, with CPL <€5, and 20% conversion to show-up

In 2026

  • Bring 5,000 leads per month to the Life MBA, with CPL <€4, and 25% conversion to show-up

In 2027

  • Bring 10,000 leads per month to the Life MBA, with CPL <€3, and 30% conversion to show-up

What will you do?

  • Develop the PR, Influencers, Partnerships, and Sponsorships strategy together with the Head of Marketing
  • Create and manage relationships with the press, influencers, organizations, events, podcasts, and other projects that may increase our reach, reputation, and lead/customer generation
  • Implement the PR, Influencers, Partnerships, and Sponsorships strategy with our partners, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints
  • Coordinate the contracting of terms and conditions with our partners, and manage and ensure compliance with the agreed terms
  • Work with the Creative Director and the Creative Team in the development of creatives to feed the partnerships created
  • Collaborate with the Traffic, Conversion, and Nutrition Team in building lead/customer acquisition campaigns
  • Create performance reports for analysis by the Head of Marketing
