Internship Global Supply Chain Management

Responsibilities

• You are an essential part of the global Supply Chain team and support the establishment of the global supply chain for one of our core products.
• You continuously optimize internal processes and support the execution of projects for the strategic development of the transport and logistics network.
• You are responsible for your own area in the operational processing of customer orders, steering logistics service providers, and handling transports in an international environment.
• You expand the existing operational reporting of the Supply Chain with the goal of automated tracking of logistics service provider performance.
• You communicate with suppliers, service providers, Customer Care, and the 1K5° partner companies for goods and payment flow management.
• You support strategic purchasing and the product team.

Requirements

• You have completed your studies and/or are in a gap year between your Bachelor's and Master's degree and are available for at least 6 months.
• You are motivated and have a strong interest in Supply Chain Management.
• You have independent, careful, and structured working methods.
• You have very good communication skills and fluent English knowledge.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in fast-paced environments with insights into Supply Chain Management, logistics, or Operations Management.
• You have sound digital knowledge, are familiar with working in Google Workspace (or Microsoft Office Suite), and can easily familiarize yourself with new software tools.
