• Translate high-level scope requirements into actionable project plans.
• Manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring timely deliverables.
• Maintain control over scope, schedule, and budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks proactively.
• Manage project dependencies and critical paths.
• Deploy resources effectively, maximizing team utilization.
• Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders.
• Mentor and inspire your team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation.
• Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement within your team.

💪 What We're Looking For:

• A strong educational background in IT or extensive relevant experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing IT infrastructure projects.
• A deep understanding of high-performing teams.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Experience managing distributed IT deployments.
• Strong understanding of virtualization and networking technologies.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex, multinational environments.
