Your Role – A Fusion of Expertise
This unique opportunity combines the roles of product manager, sales analyst, and dashboard designer. As the guardian of our sports analytics platform, you'll lead content development and delivery, shaping the platform's roadmap and features.
In this pivotal role, you'll be the visionary behind our platform's content, crafting compelling dashboards using YellowfinBI. Your collaborative spirit will be essential as you work closely with our engineering, data science, product management, and sales teams. You'll also forge strong connections with our esteemed clients and partners in the sports industry.
Key Responsibilities – Driving Product Excellence
- Define and communicate the product roadmap and features, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic objectives.
- Bridge the gap between product management and our esteemed data team.
- Design and develop standardized dashboards that harness our data and analytics capabilities, empowering users with actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
- Actively collaborate with the engineering, data science, product management, and sales teams to foster a cohesive work environment.
- Engage with our valued clients and partners in the sports industry, gaining a profound understanding of their needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Conduct rigorous user research, testing, and feedback collection. Leverage user insights and data to drive continuous product development and improvement.
- Measure and evaluate product performance, user satisfaction, and business impact. Prioritize product enhancements and opportunities based on data-driven insights.
Ideal Candidate – A Symphony of Skills and Experience
- At least five years of experience in product management, dashboard design, BI analytics, or sales analytics, preferably in the sports industry (brand or retailer) or a related field.
- Unwavering knowledge and comprehension of sports data, analytics, and metrics, and their instrumental role in driving decision-making and performance optimization.
- Proficient in data visualization tools and frameworks, such as YellowfinBI, Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and collaboration skills, with the ability to transform complex data and insights into compelling narratives and recommendations.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, embracing ownership and accountability with unwavering dedication.
- English proficiency is essential. German or French language skills are highly valued but not mandatory.
