About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Junior AI Consultant to join the Digital & AI team in Tel Aviv. This is an entry-level consulting position meant to give hands-on experience in AI transformation projects while supporting senior consultants. The role offers an exciting chance to work with leading Israeli and international clients, helping with strategic advice to guide their AI transformation and develop full AI strategies across different industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Support senior consultants in giving AI strategy consulting services for clients in different areas like financial services, technology, healthcare, and government.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis on AI trends, new technologies, and industry recommended approaches.
• Help develop AI roadmaps, strategic frameworks, and business cases for client organizations.
• Support AI maturity assessments and evaluations of organizational readiness.
• Analyze client technology setups and check AI readiness across people, process, and technology.
• Conduct evaluations of vendors and technology for AI platforms, tools, and solutions.
• Prepare full client presentations, strategic reports, and executive summaries.
• Support the development of business cases and return on investment (ROI) analysis for AI efforts.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather needs and information.
• Assist in change management planning and organizational design for AI transformation.
• Keep up-to-date with AI industry trends, rules, and new technologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in technology consulting, strategy, AI advice, or related roles.
• Previous experience in client-facing advice or consulting is preferred.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, uses, and business effects.
• Understanding of data management, analytics, and AI infrastructure needs.
• Awareness of AI ethics, responsible AI practices, and rules to consider.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to explain complex technical ideas in business language for C-level executives.
• Strong research and market analysis abilities.
• Experience with consulting methods and frameworks.
• Proven ability to work well in client-facing settings.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven situations.
• Professional presence and ability to build relationships with senior stakeholders.
