Marketing Specialist - Web3

Stake Capital is a leading Web3 investment and venture-building firm, supporting projects across DeFi, blockchain infrastructure, and media. With a strong portfolio of investments and in-house ventures, we're searching for a Marketing Specialist to own our brand, content, and event presence.

🚀 The Role:

This is a hybrid role based in Lisbon, requiring occasional office presence (1-2 days/week). You'll be a hands-on individual contributor, strategizing and executing marketing initiatives. This isn't an entry-level position; a solid grasp of crypto concepts is essential. Web3 marketing experience is a plus but not required if you have foundational blockchain knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

*️⃣ Investment & Brand Positioning:

• Enhance Stake Capital's brand and positioning within the Web3 space.
• Create content showcasing key investments, portfolio updates, and industry insights.
• Manage social media (Twitter, LinkedIn), engaging the community and boosting visibility.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies' marketing teams on joint content.
• Write social media posts, articles, and thought leadership pieces.

*️⃣ Media & Audience Growth:

• Expand our media and research publication's reach through strategic content and engagement.
• Assist with video production, shaping scripts and messaging.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Oversee website updates and content improvements.
• Drive engagement on Twitter, Telegram, and other platforms.

*️⃣ Events & Community Engagement:

• Plan and manage Stake Capital's presence at major Web3 events.
• Secure speaking opportunities for key team members.
• Explore media partnerships and sponsorships.
• Organize side events (networking sessions, meetups) for industry stakeholders.
• Coordinate with event agencies and internal teams for smooth execution.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience: At least 5 years of marketing experience.
• Crypto Knowledge: Understanding of key blockchain concepts (wallets, Layer 1 networks, staking, DeFi protocols).
• Skills: Social media management, branding, content strategy, creative content writing, analytical skills, multi-channel marketing tools (Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Telegram), event coordination.
• Personality: Independent, proactive, comfortable managing multiple brand accounts and adapting tone for different audiences.
