MERN Stack Software Product Developer (Remote)

About the Company

• Troopr Labs is building an AI-powered conversational platform for the digital workplace to deliver better employee experiences.
• The team is small and closely connected, building software products used by companies like Spotify, Starbucks, Netflix, and Snowflake.
• This is a full-time remote position where you can work directly with the founders and make an immediate difference in team productivity globally.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Create interactive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.
• Implement server-side logic, RESTful APIs, and database interactions.
• Design, maintain, and adjust MongoDB databases for better performance.
• Take part in code reviews to make sure code quality is high.
• Fix production issues and apply necessary corrections.
• Adjust code for better performance and ability to grow.
• Keep up to date with relevant industry trends, technologies, and recommended approaches.
• Work together across teams in an agile setting.
• Guide junior developers when needed.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of professional software development experience, with a focus on the MERN stack.
• You have excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• You have a very strong understanding of Javascript fundamentals.
