Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership & Coaching
    • Coach sales reps through call listening, deal reviews, and live participation in sales calls.
    • Run structured 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and team meetings.
    • Provide direct, actionable feedback to improve discovery, positioning, and closing.
    • Set clear performance standards and hold the team accountable.
  • Revenue Execution
    • Own a team quota.
    • Own deal conversion, account expansion, and referrals.
    • Ensure deals are tight: clear next steps, strong follow-up, and disciplined execution.
    • Partner with the Sales Analyst to maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting.
  • Account Expansion & Referrals
    • Drive revenue growth within existing accounts.
    • Systematize referral-driven new business.
    • Review and challenge account plans to ensure depth, expansion, and long-term value.
  • Process & Rigor
    • Maintain strict sales process discipline across the team.
    • Ensure strong CRM hygiene and forecasting accuracy.
    • Identify execution gaps quickly and fix them.
    • Continuously improve sales playbooks and operating cadence.
  • Team Building
    • Hire, onboard, and develop sales talent.
    • Make performance-based decisions, including hiring and firing.
    • Help scale the sales team as the company grows.
    • Potentially build and manage sales capacity in the US.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of overall experience in Sales.
  • 3+ years of experience as Sales Manager.
  • C1+ English level.
  • Experience managing and coaching B2B sales teams.
  • Strong player-coach mindset.
  • Comfortable listening to calls and giving direct feedback.
  • Structured, data-driven, and execution-focused.
  • Low ego, high ownership, high standards.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience in services, staffing, or nearshoring is a plus.

Salary

  • 4–10k USD/m OTE (base + variable)
