.NET Developer – Remote (PST Time Zone Overlap)

Job Overview

As part of a global enterprise tech team, you will contribute toward creating amazing enterprise applications. You will be exposed to the latest technology stacks and you will follow the industry's top coding best practices. You will work in a full-stack agile team composed of Architects, Technical Leads, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Developers, QA automators, and DevOps experts. You will report to the team manager. As a Senior Developer, you will have an accelerated growth path into Dev Lead, Tech Lead, and architecture, techno-functional, or managerial career streams.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain .NET services and APIs using ServiceStack on both .NET Framework and .NET Core.
• Model and adjust data in MongoDB, including schema design, indexing, and performance tuning.
• Implement strong, asynchronous messaging with MassTransit (RabbitMQ) to separate services and make reliability better.
• Own the end-to-end SDLC: technical design, code, tests, reviews, CI/CD, observability, and production support.
• Drive performance, scalability, and cost effectiveness across high-traffic systems.
• Work with product, data, QA, and frontend teams to clarify requirements and ship features that make a difference.
• Champion engineering best practices: clean architecture, testing strategies, and code quality.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to technical roadmaps and architecture decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years shipping production software with .NET in a professional environment (both .NET Framework and .NET Core/.NET 6+).
• Experience with ServiceStack building RESTful APIs and middleware or MVC.
• Strong MongoDB expertise (aggregation, sharding or replica sets, performance profiling).
• Production experience with MassTransit and message brokers (e.g., RabbitMQ).
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability (logs, metrics, traces).
• Attentive to detail and product-minded.
• Experience with affiliate or commerce platforms or analytics pipelines.
• Experience with containers (Docker).
• Service performance tuning and cost adjustment at scale.
• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (Vue) for occasional full-stack work.
