Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Document and manage customer interactions within the companyβs CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support overall company objectives.
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is desirable.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software is beneficial.
- Detail-oriented and organized, able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and experience a rich cultural environment.
