Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the OIPA Policy Administration platform based on business requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and QA teams to implement solutions.
- Understand Life insurance products and translate requirements into system configurations.
- Participate in design and configuration reviews to ensure quality and alignment with business goals.
- Support UAT and production deployments with configuration and troubleshooting support.
- Document configuration changes, technical flows, and functional specifications.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in OIPA Policy Administration platform configuration.
- Strong understanding of life insurance and annuity product structures and processing.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams and using tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of interacting with clients and cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
- Experience with other Policy Admin Systems like ALIP (Accenture Life Insurance Platform), FAST, WMA, etc.
- Knowledge of integration technologies and data mapping (XML, JSON, SOAP/REST APIs).
- Familiarity with Rules, UI configuration, BPM (Business Process Management), and workflow design.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
