Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
- Manage all parts of the campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, targeting, ad creation, launch, adjustment, and reporting.
- Deeply understand and use platform-specific features and recommended approaches (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager).
- Put in place and adjust conversion tracking, including pixel installation and event setup.
- Examine campaign performance, find key useful ideas, and generate practical advice to improve ROI.
- Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., creative, web development) to make sure campaign execution is smooth.
- Stay current with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and recommended approaches.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and proactive communication.
- Help develop new service offerings and internal recommended approaches.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in paid social ads within an agency environment working with Ecommerce Brands.
- Proven experience managing and adjusting campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, including customer journey mapping, funnel adjustment, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CLTV, and conversion rates.
- Expertise in campaign management tools, including Business Managers, Ads Managers, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker Studio).
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with catalogue feed management.
- Experience with A/B testing and multivariate testing.
