The Role
We are looking for a Partnership & Alliances Manager to manage and grow our strategic relationship with Microsoft and associated partner programs.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary relationship owner and advocate for our strategic partnership with Microsoft.
- Manage Microsoft partner programs, competencies, certifications, incentives, and rebates.
- Lead regular business reviews with Microsoft Partner Managers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to use Microsoft's resources and co-selling initiatives.
- Maintain expertise in Microsoft's portfolio, including Azure, Microsoft 365, Security & Compliance solutions, and Dynamics 365.
- Track and report on partnership KPIs, analyzing metrics to optimize partnership strategies and performance.
- Identify and drive opportunities for joint marketing campaigns, funding programs, and go-to-market initiatives.
Who You Are
- You are an excellent communicator and relationship builder.
- You have strategic insight and a pragmatic approach to managing vendor relationships and programs.
- You are results-driven, analytical, and adept at using vendor resources to achieve measurable business outcomes.
Required Skills and Experience
- 5+ years managing strategic vendor and partner relationships, specifically Microsoft Partner Programs.
- Deep familiarity with Microsoft's incentives, licensing, and co-selling models for Systems Integrators, MSPs, and MSSPs.
- Proven track record in executing joint go-to-market strategies, particularly involving Microsoft's product ecosystem.
Nice-to-have
- Experience in MSP, MSSP, or Systems Integration environments.
- Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Administrator, Microsoft 365 Certified, Azure Solutions Architect).
