The Role: Portuguese Speaking Customer Service for E-commerce - Onsite (Greece) | Portuguese & English

In this role, you will handle inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues for Portuguese-speaking clients, ensuring they enjoy a seamless shopping experience. If you are passionate about customer service and are eager to embrace a new adventure, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities (What You’ll Do):

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Address customer inquiries related to orders, product information, and shipping details efficiently.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on achieving high satisfaction levels.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system.
  • Stay informed about the e-commerce platform’s offerings and policies to provide accurate assistance.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance and streamline the customer service process.
  • Participate in training sessions to keep up with product knowledge and service enhancements.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For):

  • Fluent in Portuguese, both written and spoken; proficiency in English is required.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially in e-commerce, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support platforms.
  • A positive attitude, adaptability, and enthusiasm for helping customers.
