The Role
Provide first-line support to clients of a leading website and domain management platform in a dynamic, tech-focused setting.
Job Responsibilities

Schedule
- Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 01:00 (rotative shifts)
- Days off: Saturday and Sunday
- Portuguese market focus
Requirements (What Weβre Looking For)
- Native-level European Portuguese, spoken and written
- B2 level of English, spoken and written
- Interest in technology, web platforms, domains, and digital tools
- Availability for on-site work and evening shifts
Nice to Have
- Previous customer support or helpdesk experience
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary: EUR 875.00 (x14 months)
- Performance bonus: EUR 150/month (paid monthly, 12 months)
- Meal allowance: EUR 7.23/day, net, paid in a meal card (approx. EUR 159/month)
- Transport allowance: EUR 20/month
- Health insurance: Available from day 1 (monthly contribution required; free after 6 months)
