🎯 Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

• First point of contact for sales entities worldwide regarding product data quality issues
• Collaborate with team members and further colleagues internationally to ensure comprehensive support
• Document interactions with sales entities and maintain accurate records of inquiries and resolutions
• Contribute to the development of FAQs and knowledge base articles to improve self-service options
• Develop and coordinate optimizations in data, process, and tool quality, together with all stakeholders
• Conduct training of our tool-suite
• Proactive and systematic data cleansing activities related to our products

⭐ Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Education: Academic background in a relevant field
• Experience and Knowledge: Experience in support or service area helpful; experience in the area of product information or media asset management advantageous; proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, data visualization tools) is desirable
• Personality: Good communication skills in an international environment, willingness to accept responsibility and ownership of a task
• Working Style: Structured working method, strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail; ability to self-organize
• Enthusiasm: Enjoyment of new challenges, international cooperation
• Languages: Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, knowledge of Portuguese
