Project Management Assistant - Fulltime paid internship - Madrid

As a Project Management Assistant Intern at Sungrow, you'll be a client-facing superhero, ensuring our solutions perfectly meet their needs. Your key responsibilities include:

• Preparing invoices, estimates, draft planning templates, and project schedules.
• Coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials.
• Tracking and reporting on project progress, including documentation status.
• Managing internal and external project documents, developing and updating filing systems (physical and digital) within Sungrow's tracking system (URL link provided).
• Supporting global and regional document owners in creating protocol formulas for documentation submissions.
• Performing Quality Control (QC) and editing of study documents before uploading to the document management system.
• Implementing documentation and change control using the electronic system.
• Reviewing and analyzing proposed changes to controlled documentation and flagging any risks to the PMO.
• Administering the submittal process using Sungrow or customer systems and standards.

💪 Your Profile: The Ideal Candidate

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Background: An engineering background (Civil/Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
• Education: Currently in your final year of undergraduate or master's studies, or graduated within the last 2-3 years.
• Experience: Ideally, 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Languages: Excellent English (C1) and Spanish (C1).
• Personality: Creative, passionate, proactive, dynamic, task-oriented, and a positive "Yes, we can" attitude.
