Like the trees we plant, we’re growing rapidly too. We are looking for telesales professionals with a minimum of 12 months of outbound telesales experience (within the last 3 years) to join our friendly outbound telesales team on a fully REMOTE basis.

Experience Requirements:
Essential:
- A minimum of 12 months of outbound telesales-based experience within the last 3 years
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and professionally in both written and spoken English
- Have worked toward specific targets.
- Good tech skills (Able to navigate different systems with minimal supervision)
- Experience in using a CRM
Must have:
- Fast, reliable internet connection
- Own laptop or PC
- Own headset
- Quiet, comfortable space/ office to work from
Desirable:
- Experience of working on a fully remote basis
- Flexibility according to the needs of our clients
Job Responsibilities:
As a Telesales Representative in our busy outbound team, you’ll get in touch with a variety of people on behalf of us and our valued clients. You’ll need to get to grasps with different campaigns and hit the ground running. Day-to-day, you’ll:
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective customers to generate leads and drive sales.
- Identify and qualify potential customers through research and effective questioning techniques.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking all interactions and progress in CRM.
- Put through relevant leads and sales with clear concise notes.
- System housekeeping.
