Responsibilities

  • Hire Sales Managers who work from Spain.
  • Supervise their onboarding from your remote workplace in Germany.
  • Ensure their successful integration and continuous development.
  • Lead your team through sales and product coaching toward top performance.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your team, providing guidance, support, and resolving any issues that arise.
  • Provide feedback to your Sales Managers in status meetings to adjust their sales strategies.
  • Support Sales Managers in achieving their goals and sales targets.
  • Develop internal training and sales campaigns focused on the needs of the Spanish market.
  • Report to the Head of International Sales with information on team performance.
  • Communicate with other team leads regarding goals, market challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct demo calls with potential customers to stay sharp on product knowledge and sales strategies.
  • Make sure you can successfully mentor your team and equip them to clearly explain the value of SISTRIX's offerings.
  • Travel at least once per quarter to Spain to meet the team and attend commercial events as needed to support your sales strategy.

Requirements

  • At least two years of sales experience in outbound sales or business development.
  • At least one year of leading experience in sales teams, giving you a clear idea of the challenges ahead as a team lead.
  • In-depth understanding and hands-on experience in the Spanish market, including its specific challenges and opportunities.
  • Communication must be transparent, fair, and respectful toward your team, customers, and other departments.
  • Work in an organized and structured manner, but have the flexibility to find good solutions spontaneously and adapt to unexpected situations.
  • Excellent command of Spanish (C2 level).
  • Fluent in English (B2).
