Backed by Sequoia and other top-tier VCs, we're on a fast track to success and looking for a passionate SDR to join our team. We're building something special—both product and culture—and need you to help us take off!


🎯 Your Mission:


As our SDR, you'll be the engine of our lead generation, focusing on cold calling and outreach to large enterprises globally. You'll work closely with our senior sales team and founders, helping shape our customer acquisition strategy. You'll be targeting C-level executives and general counsel. This is a ground-floor opportunity to significantly impact our growth.


💼 Key Responsibilities:


  • Generating leads through outbound calls.
  • Crafting and executing cold email sequences.
  • Qualifying prospects via discovery calls, setting appointments for the senior sales team.
  • Meticulously maintaining CRM records.
  • Collaborating with senior sales to refine outreach strategies.

💪 What We're Looking For:


  • Education: Degree in business, law, finance, computer science, or a related field.
  • Languages: Native German, excellent written and spoken English.
  • Experience: B2B SaaS sales experience preferred, LegalTech experience a plus.
  • Skills: CRM and sales automation tools proficiency; strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and presentation skills; excellent communication and teamwork abilities; ability to manage multiple tasks and implement feedback. A proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach is key.
  • Passion: Genuine interest in LegalTech and a positive attitude towards turning "no" into "yes."
