They operate in many European markets, including Portugal. Note that you will be signing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

💼 The Project

You will be supporting a financial technology company that provides payment solutions and services for businesses, particularly in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. They offer tools like point-of-sale systems, payment processing, and other financial services to help businesses manage transactions efficiently. The company aims to simplify payments and support business growth through its innovative technology.

🎯 Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)

• Engage potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
• Employ negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
• Manage each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focus on closing sales.
• Adapt and innovate work processes, finding the most effective paths to seal deals.

⭐ Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

• Fluency in Portuguese (at least C1-C2)
• Communicative level of English (at least B2)
• Experience: At least 2 years in Sales
• Location: You live in Lisbon or are ready to relocate
• Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: 1162€ gross per month
• Payment for completing the training
• Contract: First contract for 12 months, with the possibility of a permanent contract after 2 years (or renewal)
• Public and Private health insurance provided by the employer
