Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team and lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, a strategic mindset, and the ability to drive complex projects from conception through delivery. As a Salesforce Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders to define business requirements, design scalable solutions, and make sure successful Salesforce implementations align with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Salesforce architecture strategy that aligns with business objectives.
  • Design scalable, high-performance solutions using Salesforce best practices, including Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Create detailed technical specifications, data models, and system architecture diagrams.

Solution Development:

  • Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce solutions, including custom objects, workflows, Apex code, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.
  • Make sure adherence to best practices and governance policies throughout the development lifecycle.

Integration and Data Management:

  • Design and implement integration strategies to connect Salesforce with external systems, leveraging APIs, middleware, and other integration technologies.
  • Establish data management strategies, including data migration, data quality, and data governance.

Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers and administrators, providing guidance on complex technical issues and best practices.
  • Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and other IT teams to gather requirements, define scope, and make sure successful delivery of projects.
  • Participate in architectural review boards and contribute to the development of architectural standards and guidelines.

Performance Optimization:

  • Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance, making sure that solutions meet scalability and efficiency requirements.
  • Identify and address potential performance bottlenecks and system limitations.

Documentation and Training:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for architectural designs, integration processes, and system configurations.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and technical staff on Salesforce best practices and new features.

Innovation and Strategy:

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce developments, trends, and best practices.
  • Recommend and implement innovative solutions and technologies to enhance Salesforce capabilities and support evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience as a Salesforce Architect or in a similar role with a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and solution design.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Salesforce platform features, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce API.
  • Experience with integration tools and techniques (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Middleware).
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and data governance.

Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Certified Application Architect (preferred).
  • Salesforce Certified System Architect or Salesforce Certified Integration Architect is a plus.
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Developer) are beneficial.
