Responsibilities

• Work with stakeholders from Client experience, Operations, and Data Governance to elicit business requirements.
• Document current (“as-is”) workflows and draft improved (“to-be”) processes.
• Analyze data, identify trends, inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Conduct impact assessments (process, data, systems) for proposed changes.
• Assist in project documentation, requirements specs, process models, and support project delivery, including testing and user acceptance.
• Collaborate with the team to validate data sources and draft nonfunctional requirements.
• Help maintain and improve data governance, documentation, metadata, and data quality practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing all aspects of requirements gathering and implementation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across business and technical teams.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders at various levels.
• Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze data, interpret data, and draw meaningful insights.
• Familiar with Excel, Visio, and wireframing tools.
• Excellent communication skills: able to translate business needs into user requirements with clear acceptance criteria, and create BRDs.
• Self-starter, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
