Job Summary
The Senior CRM AE will oversee market success for ServiceNow's CRM products. These products are built on our market-leading Service Management platform and create a single source of truth that allows enterprise processes to run with uniform information.

What you get to do in this role

  • The Senior CRM AE supports the plan and the solution win for special solution areas depending on the engagement model. Responsibilities and activities can change based on the solution area and coverage capacity.
  • This role sells the CRM suite into our Commercial segment (account size roughly 1000 to 5000 employees).
  • Support territory strategy and planning to improve agreement within the vertical, targeting specific account use cases, and execution.
  • Give input to the AE during the account planning process based on territory strategy and recommendations.
  • Make sure recommendations for territory strategy and account planning match Now Value principles.
  • Support customers to imagine the value of a digital change and support the development of strategy by working with the rest of the account team, the customer, and partners.
  • Work closely with the SC and Specialist SC on the Capability Roadmap for feedback and agreement, and team up based on the engagement model.
  • Coach AEs, ADRs, and ACEs with basic knowledge of the special solution area to find special solution chances and help manage the sales cycle.
  • Adjust the time spent on responsibilities to fit the needs of the territory and account team and celebrate successes.
  • Support diversity and belonging to help create an open and inclusive setting.

Requirements

  • Experience in using or thinking critically about how to bring AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, making workflows automatic, looking at AI-driven information, or exploring AI's possible effect on the function or industry.
  • 7+ years of knowledge about the return on investment of (SaaS CRM Solutions) special solution areas to lead the solution win.
  • Experience as an AE, or in an alternative sales or customer service role.
  • Understanding of business sales processes.
  • Travel required: 30 to 50%.

Salary
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,000 - $212,200, plus equity (when it applies), variable/incentive pay, and benefits. Sales positions usually offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive pay structure. Please know that the base pay shown is a guide, and the final total pay will change based on things like qualifications, skill level, abilities, and work location.
