(Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for our Italian customers and take care of all communication.
• You are introducing an innovating payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
• You are responsible for the training of the operational managers (remotely/on site) for our product usage.
• You identify possible issues in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and your colleagues from other areas.
• You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients.
• Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes.

Requirements

• You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects.
• A structured and clean way of working, even in stressful situations. You are used to keeping several balls in the air.
• Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in a tense environment.
• Willingness to travel to our customers.
• You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and keen to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience in the automotive or software environment is a plus, but not a must.
