Senior Project Manager - AI & Digital Transformation (Remote)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI setup projects, making sure they match client goals and organizational objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with outside clients, acting as the main contact for project communications.
• Manage teams of different sizes across different projects, adjusting leadership style to fit team dynamics.
• Develop and track project plans, timelines, budgets, and how resources are used.
• Find and reduce project risks while making sure delivery is high quality.
• Drive stakeholder involvement and change management efforts.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of experience managing IT and AI setup projects.
• Strong record of successfully delivering projects in technology setups.
• Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
• Experience managing varied, cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of Machine Learning and understanding of AI technologies.
• UX/User Experience project experience.
• PMP certification or Agile certification.
• Experience in managing stakeholders at the executive level.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure and system connections.
