  • Oversee contract manufacturing partners: performance management, cost efficiencies, and production planning.
  • Partner with sales teams to ensure the demand process delivers an agreed and workable sales forecast, identifying incremental demand, addressing gaps and overlaps, evaluating different scenarios, and escalating issues appropriately to meet business objectives.
  • Design and strategies and BI tools to optimize supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
  • Make sure that quality, safety, and regulatory standards are followed across all manufacturing partners.
  • Work with R&D, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams.
  • Find and reduce operational risks, bottlenecks, and supply disruptions.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Manage operational budgets, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
  • Support new product launches and scale-up activities with CMs.
  • Assess and onboard new manufacturing partners as needed.

Requirements (What We’re Looking For)

  • Education: B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering – Required.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing planning roles in relevant industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to navigate matrix organizations.
    • Proven experience in contract manufacturing environments.
    • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong sense of ownership, proactive mindset, and ability to influence stakeholders.
    • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.
    • Experience in driving operational change and processes or systems.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in ERP systems, planning tools, and BI platforms.
