Responsibilities

• Develop a solid understanding of the products to be tested, including functional and technical requirements as well as the business processes our customers will be employing while using our products.
• Actively participate in planning sessions and all scrum ceremonies, providing meaningful inputs.
• Work with the rest of the scrum team and product owner to develop test scenarios that will form the basis for producing test cases and scripts.
• Develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts based on new product feature requirements as well as defect fixes.
• Create and execute regression test packs.
• Review requirements/specifications for testability and collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to validate product acceptance criteria.
• Specify requirements for environment data resources and tools, and work as a member of the scrum team to ensure appropriate test environments are provisioned.
• Create Test scenarios and cases.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in software testing.
• Strong hands-on experience testing front-end and back-end ERP/CRM/OMS systems (MUST).
• Strong experience in defining manual/automated functional test specifications, test execution, and reporting.
• Experience with API Testing (Postman) and Jenkins for CI/CD.
• Ability to understand complex business and technical domains.
• Experience in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Experience using Jira, Confluence, Zephyr.
• Good verbal and oral communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to document and troubleshoot errors.
• Passion for software quality.
