Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy aligned with brand voice and sustainability values.
  • Produce compelling content (posts, stories, visuals, videos) highlighting product benefits, application tips, case studies, project showcases, and sustainability stories.
  • Manage daily activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others as appropriate.
  • Engage with our audience through comments, messages, and community initiatives.
  • Plan promotions, product launches (e.g., new Oil Plus 2C colour collections), and seasonal campaigns tailored to Australian market trends.
  • Collaborate with retail partners and dealers to amplify content.
  • Operate HubSpot for campaign management, audience segmentation, lead nurturing, publishing social posts, and tracking metrics.
  • Maintain integrated workflows connecting social media leads with email marketing and CRM pipelines.
  • Monitor KPIs: engagement, reach, click-through rates, follower growth, and conversation trends.
  • Provide regular insights to optimize strategy and content performance.

Requirements

  • 2.5+ years of proven experience managing social media for B2C/B2B brands.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid experience using HubSpot for social publishing, campaign tracking, and CRM integration.
  • Strong content creation capabilities and narrative skills.
  • Proficiency with social tools and analytics platforms (platform insights, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Demonstrates a proactive, go-getter attitude and thrives on challenges.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Open to sharing opinions and contributing new ideas to improve strategies.
  • Able to take ownership of tasks and deliver results independently.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with basic/simple landing pages and websites.
