🎯 The Role: We're searching for an experienced and dedicated Software Quality Assurance (QA) Team Leader to join our growing team in Porto, Portugal. You'll lead a team of QA professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

πŸ‘¨β€πŸ’Ό Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the QA team, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies and best practices, with a focus on test automation.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement QA goals and KPIs.
  • Report on results, targets, and improvement action plans for projects and maintenance services.
  • Oversee the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and scripts.
  • Ensure thorough testing (functional, regression, performance, and security).
  • Identify and document software defects, working with development teams to resolve issues.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in QA methodologies and tools.
  • Provide regular reports on QA activities and project status to senior management.

βœ… Qualifications:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role. Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Strong hands-on experience with automated testing. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. Detail-oriented. Fluent in English.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
