Quest, a leading global provider of information technology services and business solutions seeks a seasoned Software Solutions Project Manager to enhance its Platform Management Professional Services PMO team in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities βοΈ
- Lead professional services initiatives, ensuring successful project execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards, delivering exceptional customer and team experiences.
- Collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless professional services project completion.
- Foster clear communication and accountability among project team members, prioritizing both customer and project success.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Monitor consultant daily updates and provide weekly project status reports to customers.
- Understand and adhere to customer contracts for enhanced project success and accountability.
- Engage in various project stages, including risk and issue management, architecture, specification, design, implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
- Potentially engage directly with external customers for on-site or travel-based projects.
- Meet or exceed consulting chargeability and utilization goals.
Essential Qualifications π
- Display commanding leadership presence and effective leadership skills.
- Skill in forging unified project teams with clear communication and accountability.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field with 5+ years of project management experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of project management experience.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse project teams, ensuring collaboration and articulate communication.
- Strong adherence to Quest's project management methodology.
- Capacity to identify and analyze issues, and implement effective solutions. Risk management skills are vital.
- Experience dealing with clients, understanding their requirements, and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Professional Services Automation tools), collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and other related software for project planning, execution, and tracking.
- English language proficiency is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications π
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential in good standing.
- Microsoft Active Directory exposure.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) Credential.
- Prior Consulting experience in professional services environments.
- Multilingual proficiency (e.g., German, French, Italian, English, Spanish).
