The Role: 🎯
As a Systems Project Manager, you'll be instrumental in developing our medical and wellness hardware devices. You'll collaborate with hardware and software engineers, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs teams, guiding groundbreaking products from concept to launch. This is a fast-paced, creative role requiring a blend of theoretical understanding and hands-on experience.
What You'll Do:
- Manage Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, backlog grooming, reviews).
- Track project progress, identify roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration.
- Prioritize tasks and refine user stories, aligning with project goals.
- Maintain technical change records, complying with medical device regulations.
- Ensure project documentation is clear, complete, and compliant.
- Support quarterly planning and roadmap development.
- Foster seamless collaboration between hardware and software teams.
What You Need:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in hardware or software engineering.
- 3-5 years of program management experience leading hardware/software teams.
- Strong execution focus, hands-on approach, and adaptability.
- Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
- Proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
Bonus Points: ⭐
- Experience in medical device development or regulated industries.
- Experience with international suppliers and contract manufacturers.
- Proven track record of successfully leading multi-quarter/year projects.
- PMP, Scrum Master, or similar certifications.
Compensation & Benefits: 💰
- Salary: €29,433 - €42,033 per year (base + variable + equity). Note: This is a starting point; compensation is adjusted based on performance.
