🚨 As part of our expansion, we are strengthening our team with a Junior Expansion Manager to lead our growth strategy, placing new branches on the map. 🚀

Responsibilities

• Design and develop business development strategies, identifying new locations for our branches.
• Preparation of market analyzes and studies, focused on the viability and business potential of new locations, prior to openings.
• Preparation of CAPEX/OPEX budgets for opening new branches.
• Lead the negotiation process for lease or land acquisition contracts with the property, from the offer phase to closing.
• Definition and implementation of operational procedures for new branches.
• Creation and management of the supplier portfolio.

Requirements

• Analytical skills, autonomy and organization.
• High capacity for problem solving and quick decision making.
• Knowledge of English B2 and proficiency in Excel.
• Availability to travel around the country.
• Driver's license type B [Mandatory]

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Degree in Business Management, Economics or similar.
• Experience in contract negotiations [Preferably in the Real Estate sector]
