Responsibilities

  • Administrative work including research, data gathering, report preparation, scheduling, and email management.
  • Add, cancel, or make changes to appointments.
  • Manage emails and communications.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
  • Coordinate daily schedules.
  • Prepare documents for meetings.
  • Manage client social media accounts.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as requested by the executive.
  • Perform personal errands.
  • Keep websites up-to-date by uploading pictures, content, and offers.
  • Create monthly subscriptions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of Virtual Assistant experience, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
  • Strong administrative experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Specifically PowerPoint), Google Suite, Canva, Dubsado, and Mailchimp.
  • Fluent in English, capable of holding conversations and conveying information effectively.
  • Ability to work full-time during EST business hours.
  • Social Media Management experience (Facebook, Instagram).

Computer Specs and Requirements

  • Fiber internet connection with at least 20mbps download and upload speed.
  • Main desktop/laptop must be an i5 to i7 processor with 8GB RAM.
