Responsibilities
- Administrative work including research, data gathering, report preparation, scheduling, and email management.
- Add, cancel, or make changes to appointments.
- Manage emails and communications.
- Resolve scheduling conflicts as they occur.
- Coordinate daily schedules.
- Prepare documents for meetings.
- Manage client social media accounts.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls as requested by the executive.
- Perform personal errands.
- Keep websites up-to-date by uploading pictures, content, and offers.
- Create monthly subscriptions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Virtual Assistant experience, preferably in the beauty and wellness industry.
- Strong administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Specifically PowerPoint), Google Suite, Canva, Dubsado, and Mailchimp.
- Fluent in English, capable of holding conversations and conveying information effectively.
- Ability to work full-time during EST business hours.
- Social Media Management experience (Facebook, Instagram).
Computer Specs and Requirements
- Fiber internet connection with at least 20mbps download and upload speed.
- Main desktop/laptop must be an i5 to i7 processor with 8GB RAM.
