Responsibilities

  • Play a pivotal role in expanding footprint in Australia, focusing on Tier 1 and select Tier 2 banks.
  • Work closely with APAC leadership and cross-functional teams to shape go-to-market strategy and win flagship clients.
  • Drive enterprise sales cycles: Lead multi-stakeholder, high-value deals from discovery to close, with clear stage progression and stakeholder mapping.
  • Build new relationships: Prospect and develop executive-level connections across digital, retail, data, and technology functions.
  • Create demand: Develop territory plans, outbound campaigns, and client-specific narratives that demonstrate Personetics' strategic value.
  • Orchestrate the win: Collaborate with Solution Consultants, Product, Marketing, and Delivery to tailor proposals, build business cases, and remove friction from buying.
  • Own your forecast: Qualify rigorously, update accurately, and report consistently, using structured frameworks (e.g. Challenger, MEDDIC, Insight Selling).
  • Contribute to strategy: Provide in-market feedback on buying cycles, competitor activity, and regulatory signals.
  • Represent the brand: Act as a trusted advisor and extension of the Personetics leadership team in Australia.

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or platform sales.
  • Demonstrated success selling to banks or financial services institutions in Australia, ideally Tier 1.
  • Deep understanding of digital banking, customer engagement, AI/ML, or data-led transformation.
  • Credibility with C-level and senior business leaders; comfort navigating complex, matrixed organisations.
  • High degree of commercial acumen, with a track record of deal orchestration and executive influence.
  • Self-starter with strong internal drive; you do not wait for direction, you create momentum.
  • Professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to long-term value over short-term win.
