Responsibilities
- Play a key role in achieving companyβs North American industry-leading goals and market-share expansion.
- Support lead generation in building a qualified sales pipeline.
Requirements
- 2+ years as a successful Account Executive, consistently a top performer in your team.
- Experience developing and maintaining consultative B2B relationships within a SaaS environment.
- Previous SaaS experience selling into SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise across North America.
- Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all stages of the sales cycle.
- You are a demo master. Presenting solutions in a consultative fashion is your passion.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: you are self-motivated and eager to grow your business.
- Natural ability to simplify highly complex scenarios into easy-to-understand conversations.
- History of exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
- Skilled at using demo software, sales CRMs, and communication tools.
- Previous SaaS sales experience required.
- Excellent listening and negotiating abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High initiative and time management skills.
- Results-oriented with professionalism, strong work ethic, flexibility, and ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities at once while paying attention to detail.
- A collaborative team player who can also take charge and deliver results.
- Ability to identify ideal customer profiles and develop account penetration strategies.
- Strong product and industry knowledge, with the ability to tie customer challenges to Pushβs solutions.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Salesforce CRM and Google Suite.
Salary
- $70,000 base salary with $150,000 OTE (On Target Earnings).
Location
- Remote-first company. Team members can choose to work from anywhere in Canada, or from the Downtown Vancouver office if preferred.
