  • Content Studio: Developing and producing original long-form scripted and unscripted content for television and streaming platforms since 2016, with over 32 shows and 69 comedy specials across Amazon Prime, Netflix, MTV, Disney Hotstar, and more.
  • Branded Content: Servicing some of the biggest global brands like Tinder, Netflix, OPPO India, Amazon, Tira Beauty, Canva India, and more.
  • 1862: A branded content and influencer marketing agency with active campaigns in 22 countries and teams in Russia, Poland, Nigeria, and Japan.
  • GCN: A strategic and creative agency at the intersection of advertising, branded content, communication design, and social media.
  • Hypothesis: An AI-enabled influencer marketing platform that services the entire influencer marketing journey and has executed more than 150 campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a client roster of brands based in the Middle East that want to participate in content and culture marketing.
  • Develop and validate strategies for brands that partner with OML’s agency business, tools vertical, or artist roster.
  • Manage projects across functions (creative, production, account management, and finance).
  • Make sure to follow brand goals, targets, 360-degree opportunities, and budget efficiencies.
  • Build and service relationships with key people (artists, clients, and brand partners).
  • Have a network of strong working relationships with brand partners to use business development opportunities.
  • Enable teams with research and insights, identify culture trends and references, backed with data and strengthened by qualitative inputs.
  • Support the management team with new business model validation and help with integration as per the business KRAs.
  • Provide strategic support for existing lines of business.
  • Understand the various business verticals and the competitive environment.
  • Provide inputs to the Management team on the emerging consumer/business/competitive trends.

Skills

  • Total 14+ years of experience in the digital content and management/branded content/creator management/media space.
  • Have a good understanding of social media operations, media measurement, and campaign deployment. Have worked on end-to-end digital campaign strategies from planning to execution.
  • Able to work with both logic and creativity, driving business objectives and creative excellence.
  • Have an entrepreneurial mindset and thrive in fast-paced and collaborative environments.
  • Able to work across time zones, diverse cultures, and markets that don’t have English as a native language.
  • Independent and result-oriented.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good analytical and presentation skills.
