🤝 Initial 3-Month Program You'll start with a 3-month program to validate the business potential of the technology. This involves close collaboration with the scientific team to create a robust business and financial plan, while also confirming a strong co-founder relationship.
🌟 Support and Resources The program provides access to mentors, specialists, and key industry leaders. At the end of this phase, the spin-off will be incorporated, and you'll step into the role of CEO and co-founder.
💼 Job Responsibilities (What You’ll Do)
- Co-create the company's vision and purpose with the scientific team.
- Explore and validate potential use cases for the technology.
- Identify niche markets and define business models.
- Lead the business approach to potential clients, partners, and investors.
- Design and seek out initial pilot projects with key industry leaders.
- Build a solid financial plan.
- Develop a strong relationship with your potential co-founders.
- Manage relationships with the institutions supporting the project.
✅ Requirements (What We’re Looking For)
- Entrepreneurial experience: You have previously founded or co-founded tech-based startups with real clients and traction.
- Passion for deep tech: You are enthusiastic about deep tech, especially in climate tech or related fields.
- Leadership and fundraising skills: You have experience in team leadership and fundraising.
- Language proficiency: You speak both Spanish and English.
- Location and work authorization: You live in and have the right to work in Spain.
- Availability: You are able to dedicate three months to validating the team and business fit before becoming a co-founder (expenses covered).
