The Role:
As we grow, we need freelance recruiters to help us find, qualify, and place candidates. This is a completely remote, part-time role with a flexible schedule. You'll earn a commission (20-40% of the gross fee per placed candidate β approximately β¬600-β¬4000 per closed job). This is a success-based role; payment is tied to successfully filled positions.
Responsibilities:
- Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.
- Building relationships with candidates and clients.
- Managing your own workload and schedule autonomously.
- Contributing to the growth of ambi.careers.
Requirements:
- Previous freelance recruiting experience: Essential.
- Fluent English: Essential (most clients and candidates are native English speakers).
- Growth mindset: You'll be helping build ambi.careers from the ground up.
- Significant time commitment: This isn't a side hustle; it requires dedicated time investment.
- Additional fluent language(s) a plus! While not required, it would be beneficial. Prior experience in sourcing and interviewing is preferred, but a fast learner with a can-do attitude is also welcome to apply.
