As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our payment gateway solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Driving and supporting API integrations with international payment systems.
  • Collaborating with external providers to ensure timely deliverables and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Analyzing key business metrics to enhance monetization and customer retention.
  • Generating innovative ideas and transforming them into well-defined product concepts.
  • Managing daily operations, overseeing deadlines, and leading a team.
  • Providing technical onboarding support to merchants.

🎯 What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 4-5+ years of proven success in product management, specializing in payment gateway solutions.
  • Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, and fintech trends.
  • Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage the entire product lifecycle.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Languages: B1-B2 level English and fluent Russian are essential.
