π The Role:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping our payment gateway solutions. Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving and supporting API integrations with international payment systems.
- Collaborating with external providers to ensure timely deliverables and troubleshoot any issues.
- Analyzing key business metrics to enhance monetization and customer retention.
- Generating innovative ideas and transforming them into well-defined product concepts.
- Managing daily operations, overseeing deadlines, and leading a team.
- Providing technical onboarding support to merchants.
π― What We're Looking For:
- Experience: 4-5+ years of proven success in product management, specializing in payment gateway solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of payment gateway technologies, industry standards, security protocols, and fintech trends.
- Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage the entire product lifecycle.
- Leadership: Demonstrated success in leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Languages: B1-B2 level English and fluent Russian are essential.
