Cross Border Talents is seeking energetic, German-speaking Customer Heroes to join our team! We partner with a leading Automotive Digital Services platform, offering a unique opportunity to work remotely while staying connected to the Braga area.

🚀 The Role:

• What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer support to international clients via a leading Automotive Digital Services platform. This involves troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• What We're Looking For:
  • Must-Have Skills: Native or C2 level German, B2 level English or higher. A passion for cars and technology is a plus!
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in customer service, particularly within the automotive or tech industries.
  • Nice-to-Have: Experience with digital platforms and troubleshooting.

📅 Schedule & Contract:

• Work Arrangement: Fully remote, for residents of Braga and surrounding areas.
• Start Date: January 8, 2025
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (rotating shifts), with 2 rotating days off.
• Contract Type: Permanent contract (3-month trial period).

💰 Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: €1,010 per month (14 payments per year).
• Performance Bonus: Up to €100 per month based on KPI achievement.
• Braga Position Bonus: €20 per year (even while working remotely!).
• Meal Allowance: €7.23 per day.
• Transport Allowance: €20 per month.
• Health Insurance: Coverage from day one (small contribution required), free after 6 months.
